2008

In 2008, Mr. Chen Yulin, the chairman of the group, established Jiangsu Huanar Petrochemical Engineering Co., LTD

2019

At the beginning of 2019, Jiangsu Warner was in a period of steady development. Mr. Chen Yulin, the chairman of the group, noticed the development prospects of the environmental protection field. In response to the national development policies and in line with the development direction of The Times, he was determined to establish an environmental protection technology enterprise based on activated carbon adsorption and regeneration technology and extending to multiple environmental protection fields. Thus, Nanjing Yude Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was born.

2020

In 2020, Nanjing Yuding reached cooperation agreements with three large-scale coking enterprises, namely Shanxi Meijin Huasheng Chemical New Materials Co., LTD., Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Yaxin New Energy Technology Co., LTD., and participated in the construction of the largest zero-discharge sewage treatment plant in the national coking industry at that time - Shanxi Qingxu Hongbo Sewage Treatment Plant.

2021

In January 2021, Ganzhou Huazhuo Renewable Resources Recycling and Utilization Co., Ltd. invested and Nanjing Yuding Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the construction of the first multi-stage furnace rare earth waste roasting project in China. After the project was completed, it caused a huge stir throughout the rare earth industry.

2022

From 2021 to 2023, Nanjing Yuding has steadily developed and its enterprise value has continuously increased. It has successively participated in the construction of multiple projects, including the Shouguang Sewage Treatment Plant Project of China Metallurgical Ecological and Environmental Protection, the sewage Treatment project of Shanxi Sinochem Xiaoyi Chemical Industry Park, the sewage treatment project of Shandong New Era Pharmaceutical, and the sewage treatment plant of Liuzhi Economic Development Zone Chemical Industry Park.

2023

In June 2023, Nanjing Yuding Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. once again won the bid for the multi-stage furnace calcination project of Fujian Yuantong Rare Earth (Jinlong Rare Earth). Up to now, Nanjing Yuding Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is the technology provider with the most application cases and the best application effects in the multi-stage furnace calcination of rare earth waste in China.
