Continuous granular activated carbon adsorption and decolorization regeneration technology replaces traditional methods such as single-use powdered carbon decolorization, resin decolorization, and membrane decolorization.
Traditional powdered carbon decolorization involves the one-time use of activated carbon, which poses issues in terms of both operating costs and the stability of decolorization quality. By upgrading to an activated carbon adsorption-decolorization plus activated carbon regeneration process, we have achieved stable color quality of the product and significantly reduced operating costs, bringing substantial returns to the enterprise. This solution also addresses the challenges associated with resin decolorization—namely, the large volume of secondary wastewater that is difficult to treat—and effectively resolves the issue of relatively high color intensity remaining after membrane decolorization.
